I intend to buy a 1995 integra bug eye with a B20B head and block and B18c intake manifold. Is the intake manifold increasing the power of the vehicle?

 

That GSR intake manifold would have to be HEAVILY modified to fit on a B20B cylinder head... are you sure it is what you say ??? Maybe snap a pic or two and post them here so that we can be more clear about what you are describing.
