Hello, Honda Tech!
Someone stole my air intake and battery. In the process, I think they disconnected this harness and possibly stole whatever it plugs into?
My car won't start because there is no fuel injector pulse. I found this dead end cable dangling on the passenger side, under the airtake, behind the engine block, near the vicinity of the distributor. Where does this plug go? I can't find whatever it plugs into. Thank you Honda Tech.

 

it's a distribution block. the flat end you see IS what plugs into that plug. it appears exactly as it should.

as for why the car won't start, check all your fuses

Figured out that the plug in the picture was unrelated to my no start problem, like you said. That plug on the H22A harness comes with a dead end plug. That plug can be removed to expose the 8 terminals carried in that wire, nothing unusual there.

Got the car running, I unplugged the ECU and replugged it in, somehow that fixed whatever the problem was.
I also checked IGP1, IGP2 on ECU, checked all the 3 grounds on ECU, checked for continuity between fuel injector 1,2,3,4 (yellow, blue, red, brown i think) and the fuel injector plugs on the fuel injectors themselves.

In the end, unplugging the ECU and replugging the ECU back in fixed things. Weird.

 

glad you got it fired up even if you didn't fully figure it out. electrical gremlins can be tough
