Can I drop the header and downpipe as one unit?
I have a 94 Lude with a H23 and I was going to put my DC header and one of the nuts on the downpipe got stuck and wouldn't move, I tried my breaker bar with an extension and my impact and it just won't move, I looked around and saw maybe if I took out the bottom frame and the radiator it would give me enough clearance to get the header out the bottom, what do you guys think?
Sure, that's possible however I would advise against putting that DC Sports header in there. They are very prone to cracking. Just do some searches.
And it's not going to give you any noticeable difference in power.

In any case, you should have clearance to pull it out from the bottom if you move stuff around. You might also be able to rotate it and bring it out the top if you have enough clearance, just experiment with what works in the space you have.
I pull my Highend 1 pc out the bottom without moving anything, but I have a traction bar and 1/2 rad on my car. The old ebay header I had, I always left it connected and rotated it as needed to get it out, and it was pretty much the same spec as a stock or DC unit.
