Bleeding ABS Brakes - 99 Civic EX

Default Bleeding ABS Brakes - 99 Civic EX
Replaced
calipers with Wilwood calipers. Lines dripped dry while waiting for parts. I see where people say that newer style ABS is bled just like non-ABS systems, but nobody mentions vacuum bleeding. Can I vacuum bleed the calipers without causing damage to the ABS module?

Thank you for any insight on this.
