no, well I'm not sure. My friend who did it who also post s here under "stick" changed alot of other crap too. im him and ask him. he'll know, for sure.

The ITR springs alone will fit with no modifications. However, if you want to use the ITR shocks, you need ITR lower control arms. HTH

also, you're better off getting aftermarket or ITR shocks to go with the springs. the stock gsr shocks will prolly wear out faster and may not be up to the task of handling the stiff spring rates.
