It's not USDM, it's a jdm Integra, they came with that front end in 94-95

 

its a US integra with an "integra type si vtec" front clip. thats all.

not all JDM imtegras have the other front end.

I'm pretty sure that car is a race car, the motor has individual throttle bodies... not exactly something you commute around with on the street.
