We are swapping a non vtec engine to a vtec engine and it is idling high and doesn't seem to be running properly. What needs to be done in order to make this engine fit and run properly? I am seeing that it can be done but unsure of what is needed for my car. 2001 honda accord value package 4cyl stock engine.
