Default EM1 rocker panels rusting

I have a 2000 civic si that is rusting out. I'm debating on replacing the rockers and wheel arches but cannot find any. I have found them for 4 doors and older civics but not 96-00 coupes. does anyone know where to get them? or am I better off trying to find a rust free shell? I assume finding a em1 shell could prove to be difficult. Thanks

Nothing will ever fit as OEM so why not check out your local yards and see if they have any clean cars.

Post pics of the rust.

You know more than most, bby.

OP, the FMR stampings are good quality. They're what I used + some fabrication work. My junkyard cars all looked like my car meaning they were FUBAR.

If you can find a rust free shell I would go that route. It's easier and cheaper in the long run. It doesn't necessarily need to be an Si shell either, an EX shell will be exactly the same and much easier to find.

This is the issue, I live in vermont so pretty much everything is junk or been crushed. I don't really want to travel half way across the country for a shell

Post pics of the rust.
Heres a couple pictures of the rust, it looks wet because I sprayed it with fluid film. Its inspected till august so I'm going to drive it all summer. I've been looking for a clean shell but no luck yet especially an si. I can barley find any si's period.

That's rusted badly. Keep looking for a shell. As I said, it doesn't have to be an Si shell. An EX shell is exactly the same.

Go with what the guy above said, you can swap everything you have over to any 96-00 coupe shell unless you want the 99-00 front end, then buy that era correct or do the front end swap. Problem solved. Another tip, go on a bunch of Facebook for sale sites around your era, could find some better results.
