Default prelude transmission

Whats the best stock transmission for a Honda prelude.

IE B18a/b transmission being long geared vs the better b18c1 LSD being short geared

I always preferred the H23 trans since it's gearing wasn't near as tight as the H22, and at one time much cheaper. I waa also using this on a turbo H22 vs an all motor H22.The F22/F23 trans were way too long in my opinion.

This depends a large deal on how you use the car. I would recommend a different trans for someone who does highway driving and such, compared to someone using the car as a autocross or dirt track car. If you drag with it, that is another story as well.
