Default 1999 honda civic ex

I cant go over 65 mph without the car shaking to bad, and when I hit the brakes it pulls to the side. what could be the problem

Shaking -- tire out of balance, tire not round, worn suspension or steering parts. For the latter jack up the car and wiggle the wheel side to side there should be no slack or clunking effect.

Brakes "pull" to one side means that a brake on the other side is not working to its full potential. Rusted rotor, stuck caliper, bad pads.
