Post 2000 Honda Accord Rebuild Help.

I'm Pretty New to this so here goes nothing.
I have a 2000 Honda accord that's getting high up their in miles like 270xxx with a bad piston ring (burns oil like crazy). so with that ive decided to start a rebuild on it but not with all stock oem parts.
so far I have f23a1 block, and f23a1 Crank. I was planning on buy a k20 86.5mm with a comp of 9.8:1. will that work? any input is appreciated. I know ill have to bore my block .5mm (link) https://www.kseriesparts.com/cr/WIS-...BxMaAvr98P8HAQ
then the rods I'm going to use if all works well is the H Beam rods. link http://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-ACURA-2-3L-F23A1-A7-ACCORD-CL-H-BEAM-ROD-5-551-4PCS-SET-W-ARP-BOLTS-/400949825808?hash=item5d5a78d110:g:4tUAAOSwDk5TwXt P&vxp=mtr

In the end I want to build a reliable car with a big chance of adding a turbo. let me know what you guys think.

I'll leave to others to evaluate tech specs etc. (I'm a Generation 5 (1994) and Gen 8 (2009) owner.
I'll just say, if you're a 'nights and weekend' guy like me, I'd find a local machine shop to do the valve lapping, cylinder boring, honing, decking, etc. Very specialized equipment, and very easy to do permanent damage by screwing this up.
I just did an engine rebuild on the '94, and I'm generally pretty stubborn about doing things myself. But I got a pro to do those parts of the job, and I was happy to pay for that work- and very happy with the results.
Just my $0.02

If you can find jdm f23a pistons it has a cr of 9.8 already, no shenanigans to make them work in your motor.

The only problem is that I haven't found any that are Forged or of a stronger material. I'm trying to build a stronger engine so that it'll last me longer and with the possibility of turboing it. If you know of any sites that do I would like to very much know but so far I've only really heard that the k20 Pistons would fit the Accord. (givin the same bore size).

Save yourself a lot of coin and just start with a JDM F23A. It has the compression ratio you are looking for, and you can buy that motor for probably less than just the machine work.
