Helppp! The engine is blown and I have metal shards in the engine oil

my engine shut off after making a whole much of rattling sounds and not accerlerating. Ive always had oil problems. Could this be a possible pistons issue? there are metal shards in the engine oil as well.

That's a clear sign your engine is damaged. Replace or rebuild engine, if it's still salvageable.
