1990 Honda Prelude S-3 light is only flashing 1 time then about 20 seconds flashes again. I read that to be code 1 for Oxigen sensor that was replaced. I reset the S-3 light by taking out the 10a fuse and such. Worked for awhile and has gone back to the same sequence of flashes. Any ideas?

 

open the TCU and check for burnt resistors
