Default Turn Signal help

99-00 civic front end on my 96-98 hatchback and i've replaced the bulb on my front right turn signal and it doesn't work when i turn on the running lights, but the blinker will work. any help? tried different bulbs and other clips and nothing seems to work.

If I recall, there should be three wires going to the blinkers. They should be double element bulbs.

The ground wire appears to be good and the turn signal seems to be good.

The problem seems to be in the running light wire.

That's what I would investigate.
