So, I have a 96 Accord DX 5 speed, and my cooling fan won't turn off when I turn my car off. To the extent it killed my battery. No warning no issues.. car is in tip top shape.. I don't have the money Or time to deal with a dealership or someone ripping me off, so I need a little guidance from y'all. Can anyone help me !! ?? I wrote this question and got a reply from someone on my Google+ and then i couldn't find it or finish reading it.. So I apologize to who the responsive person was thet messaged me back!!

The fan timer on the 5th gens rarely fails.

What happens if you swap the relay with another one - the power window relay for example. Or test the relay if you have the means to do so.
