Default 2011 Pilot Purge Control Solenoid

I have an estimate from my dealer for around $400 to replace the Solenoid. From what I see online it appears to be a simple replacement. The part is $65 - $140, depending on where it is bought. Am I missing something? Why would the labor be so high for 5-10 minute work?

I looked through my 2006-08 FSM for purge control solenoid and got no hits. Is that something unique to gen 2 Pilots? Or is there another name for it?

It is not unique to Pilots. I believe it releases gasses from the EVAP canister and is on most modern autos.

Could it simply be called the Canister Purge Valve? I see references to that.
