Ok so i have a 1996 accord v6. just replaced the IAC valve after it threw a CEL on me. it idles in N and P surging from 1k upwards of 2k and back down over and over. I have checked for any vacuum leaks and dont seem to find any. traded the valve in again since it threw a code again. just placed it on tonight. worked great for about 15 minutes and started the idle issue again. Not sure where to go from here. anyone able to help?

 

So it has a vacuum leak and you gotta find it now. Using a fine mist water bottle you need to spray a fine mist all around the intake area until the idle changes.
