2003 pilot 2nd row seat belt stuck

I just bought a 2003 Honda pilot the second row seat belt is stuck in the ceiling holder I try to couple ways to get it out but I'm not exactly sure how anybody know?

It should just pull straight out. I cannot imagine how it could be stuck in there!

This is from my 2006 FSM. I imagine the 2003 is the same.
