Default Fuel pressure gauge won't return to 0, toast?.

I've been away from car/truck building for a quite a while, but as soon as the rail is fully disconnected, injectors out, feed/return ends open(k series) the pressure and gauge it's self should drop to 0 no?. The ktuned one is 30 bucks so I don't care if I need to buy another one, but is it normal to hang at what is last was reading.

I don't have experience with it, but it seems that a gauge that sticks would be pretty worthless. Sounds like it's busted.
