Default Clutch or tranny issue

Truck is 2000 honda CRV with the B20 motor, manual transmission.
Issues:-
- Hard to shift into all gears
-pedal feels solid
-Sometimes when clutch is depressed in Fist gear its still slightly engaged(drags), car creeps forward.
-Clutch engagement is not smooth, when releasing clutch half way I hear scraping in transmission as if clutch disk is starting to engage too soon
-I replaced master cylinder because it was leaking. I thought this would fix the issue but still it persists.
-slave cylinder appears to be good. Not leaking. I took it apart and rebuilt it. All seems good

I'm thinking clutch release bearing/throwout bearing or faulty clutch....
. It seems like these are the symptoms of a bad master cylinder but that was replaced and system was bled properly

Any ideas before I go out and buy a new clutch? Thanks

If there is any friction when the clutch disengaged then you have a problem with the clutch system preventing the clutch from fully disengaging. If the release bearing is bad it will make a noise.

It sounds like there is either not enough clutch free play or way too much free play, more likely too much free play.

No issue with the clutch disengaged. Release bearing is quiet.

Check the master and slave for leaks and verify it is 100% air free.
