Default P0505 After New IAC Valve

I was having problems with a sticking valve and hunting idle, so I replaced the IAC valve. However, it idles correctly most of the time, but sometimes it will let the idle go up to 900 which sets a pending p0505 code. Any ideas as to why this might be?

It also has ABS codes 31-2 (PFINH signal malfunction) and 34-2 (TPS sensor). The TPS reading is 9.8, which I thought is still acceptable.

Any ideas?

How do I do that? Is it that bolt right where the throttle cable reel is?

Nvm, thanks, I found it. Mine had a weird plastic cover on it so I never noticed it before. I got it set correctly
