Default Building b16a2 need advice

Hi, as tittle says, i'm building a b16a2 for a friend, for now i have a brand new and complete head and a empty block.
My friend wants for daily With added power. For now i'm thinking of 3 options of pistons: Std p30, .25 p30 and .5 p30. Wich should have the best/worth hp gain and best for daily? (on pump gas).
Next mods in the list are:
ITR/CTR or Skunk2 stage 1 cams
PLM Toda Style 4-2-1 2.5" header
Custom 2.5" cat-back with Spoon N1 backbox.
For the intake i want to keep oem as for "stock" b16s i have heard it's nice, but with k&n panel filter and resonator removed.
Last thing is to chip/tune the ecu.
Thanks for any advice!

Most people will hate on you for even saying b16 but I happen to love them and have built mutiple b16's. Stay with the standard bore p30's unless the cylinders are scored or damaged and actually need overbored. For the amount of power you'll receive from the bigger pistons, it's really not worth the hassle. My last b16 was a simple daily street driven 1. My set up already had p30's being an sir2 engine, I used tuner 1 skunk cams, Blox intake manifold, 62mm throttle body, rmf header, a 2.5" sri with a v-stack, no cat and a custom made(myself) 2.5" exhaust with a megan n1 muffler. For an everyday driver it was a fun car. Just make sure there's a b16 trans attached, that's the only way to utilize the engine imho. Rev it to 8500 and have fun lol

last year i build a b16 with Nippon CTR pistons 81.5mm and full ITR Head+IM and TB.
4-2-1 2.5" Header, 200CPi Cat and Buddy Club Spec 2.
engine runs very good and smooth. Tuned with Neptune and i'm using the highest octane gas here(Germany)
The engine is in a stripped EG and runs a 13.8s 1/4 mile on a bad airport track.
still got a very good MPG and i'm using a short gearbox (S80 with 4/5th Y21 and 4.9FD)

I had a b16 back in 2002 that made 175@ the wheels with a ported head, RS cams, JDM itr header, and itr intake manifold. The block was a stock first gen block spinning to 9,500 rpm tuned by Jerry built. I personally would go much bigger with the cams than what the other guys have mentioned and run a 3" exhaust. A b20 block would be killer with a b16 crank yet if your set on staying 1.6 find a piston that will bring your compression at least to 11:5:1.
