so just bought a mint 95 teg se automatic. Maticuliously maintained by dealership ..

so so far I've noticed
spring inside radiator neck
bad oil leak from under neath distributor
abs light on off
really low idle causing vibrations happening cold and hot and with Ac on...
and one spark plug is stuck..

So my q's

- what's up with the spring in the neck of radiator? I thought the cap came apart and left it's guts in there but the replacement cap I just bought looks the same and doesn't appear to have a spring... are the springs seperate and sit inside or something?

- just bought a dist o ring should this fix leak ? Too lazy to search where can I find a good guide on doing this

- I just got service records from dealership and they are the ones who put the spark plugs in....

any recomendations on getting them to take responsibility and fixing their mistake of not using antiseize on one of the plugs?

they told me I have to pay the diagnostic fee just for them to see if they were the ones who put them in
