Default Rear Brakes cold

Hello I have a 1996 Honda Accord Ex 2.2L over 200,000 miles.
I have recently changed all my brake pads and lubed all necessary hardware up and bled the brakes. For some reason both rear brake rotors are kinda cold to the touch and never really get hot. Both rear brake calipers are just about a year old!! Any ideas why they arent doing there part?

The fronts do 80% of the braking, so you would really have to be hard on the brakes to get the rears really warm. If you aren't sure they are working, mark and "X" on them with a sharpie and then drive around a bunch and see if it gets scraped off.
