intake clearance issues.
Ok i got the honda running and it does not die after 3 minutes. Now that is done was installing the strut bars. Found that one of the strut bars for the front will not clear the funky looking intake its a pgm-fi. its a 1.5 i was researching for an aftermarket intake and had no luck the ones i see have individual injector cavities and my car has the 2 injector style on the top part of the intake. my question is is there any way to wire injectors to fire when needed with the ignition module or is there an aftermarket intake for the 1.5l that just has 2 injector ports on it. my problem is that the air intake hits the strut bar. Any advise or info on parts would be greatly appreciated. i aslo did look in the faq and did not see the info i was looking for.
1.) That wasn't easy to read thru (not the worst though LOL).
2.) I think you need to make the distinction between what an intake and intake manifold is because on our cars the injectors do not get installed into the intake itself.
3.) I'm willing to bet you have a generic strut bar and for the most part those are meant for the MPFI set up. Without a pic of the bar and intake manifold, specifically where there is interference, help is going to be limited. Off the top of my head the only thing I can think of is to try to find an old neuspeed strut bar.

You have a bar that doesn't work with your engine.
If you REALLY want to use that bar, then convert your engine (search DPFI to MPFI).
Other bars that fit include the Neuspeed

and various brands that kick forward like this
