Default symptoms of bad piston rings

Hey I have a 2000 integra gsr. I'm currently fixing a p0171 lean code but I'm starting to think I may have a problem with my pistons. My car wont rev past 7000 rpm and its burning a quart of oil every 1000 miles. I did a compression test and the numbers were great all around 210-220. I also did a leak down test and all cylinders were betweens 3 and 7 percent. Has anyone ever had oil consumption, a lean condition and the inability to rev over 7000 rpm. Please let me know if you have what the cause was and how you fixed it. Thanks.

Oil has to be going somewhere.... no visible leaks? Must be going out your valve seals if it not going past the rings

How many miles?

Replace your PCV valve first!

Check your spark plugs and gap size they could wrong or be covered in oil causing a spark issue that would set a cell for limp mode, although its usually set at around under vtec but 7k seems strange.

Take off your map sensor and clean it that could be a possibility.

Check your primary O2 sensor i suspet thats the issue for this is how some have cleared this code also some have replaced the fuel filter to clear it.

I've replaved pcv already and o2 sensors twice ( both direct fit one was bosh the other denso). At this point I feel like it must be injectors or ecu. I'm also no longer getting the p0133 code only p0171. Not being able to rev past 7k is pissing me off lol. Theres no external leaks. When I go into vtec I do get a little black smoke. My dry and wet compression numbers were pretty good, I'm not to worried about the car eating oil yet I hear a quart every 1000 miles is somewhat normal for these motors. I'm going to replace injectors, harness, cat and ecu. If that dosen't fix my lean code and revving problem I guess Ill be opening up the motor. My vacuum is great and so is my fuel pressure. So Im not sure were else to go besides maybe valve timing. Thanks guys

Have your injectors flow tested and cleaned at RC and try a new fuel filter first.

Try reseting the ecu by unplugging the ecu or neg battery terminal for a few mins.

I've already replaced the fuel filter but I got a real good deal on some remanfactured AUS injectors so I'm going to try those and if they work I'll send my stockers to rc in preperation for my supercharger or turbo plans.
