What intake header and exhaust would be good for my new project EG with Jdm h22 swap? I want a pretty quiet exhaust. Im gonna be running the new nos direct port kit on it to.

 

aem intake ( cai or shot ram)
dc sports header (4-2-1 or 4-1)
the exhaust is your desision just figure out what style you like and buy a quality cat back if its a kit with a optional silencer get the silencer just incase

 

Iceman cold air, dc 4-1, and an apexi ws would be a nice setup.

 

I have a tanabe racing medalion on my integra right now and its a little loud. I would like to get one for the EG but its gonna have a gutted interior and It would just irk the **** out of me with that exhaust. Do u think the 4-1 or 4-2-1 headers would be better for top end with still some low end torque
