Default Scary noised

So every time i put my sol on jackstands...well when i put it back on the ground the car makes a POP or CRACK as it gets put down or shortly after, Is this normal or do i need to find a new chassis

It's most likely the spring settling back in the perch.

Or it could be a really bad bucking of some sort but typically you'd feel it while driving if it were that bad

Find a new chassis? Lol this isn't a truck, the car is a unibody frame.

i thought that but it sometimes happens before the wheel hits the floor
