WoW, just tied up the game!!! What a super bowl!!!

That my friend is detonation aka pre-ignition.

The motor must have been pinging something fierce.

Google search pre-ginition / detonation. It will explain the nastiness and explain why you see the results you have in front of you.

You ate THREE valves. How ??? Revved too high for too long... bounced too long on the rev limit... mechanical over-rev... you were there, you tell us.

X2, the obvious answer is a mechanical failure. Something bent/broke and got tossed around in the combustion chamber.

It was a B16A with 180HP stock cams Stock vlave springs . I was driving on a mountain road . In a fast turn i had 3rd gear and on the exit of this turn i hit revlimit (8600 rpm) . Maybe it jumps the revlimiter and went to 8800 rpm , valve springs did not works in these rpms and the valves destroyed every thing . Now i know that i must be more careful with the revs . I will built a new engine and i will put after market valve springs .

Sounds to me that if you are planning on redlining your engine in the 8K range, you should replace your springs and retainers and keepers.

I suspect the stock ones would have been fine except they are probably 20 years old and fatigued for race car driving style.
