2000 Honda Civic EX flickering lights 2017
1999 Honda Civic EX flickering lights (strobing, pulsating)
first at all my car has double din stereo big tweeters speakers doors panels and rear deck so far i know brand kicker and capacitor all this was installed by previous owner, he said was professional installed, i just ad a 10” subwoofer with implifacador build in. MTX , also the SRS Light its on its by around a year with this problem.... other thing so far i hear from the car its when i acelerated and the rpms goes up one sound fallow like a super charged, im not a mechanic but i feel like the alternator spin or thats cause the sound for sure not a engine internal problem.
THIS ITS WHAT I FOUND AROUND THE WEB
1 Check 7.5A fuse 15 under the dash
2 ok, here is the problem. you all have d16y7's. they made shitty intake manifolds and shitty wires behind it. a couple wires have rubbed through and are now grounding or sending power to where it shouldnt be. the wires are for your eld and gauge
3 Like I said, clean and redo the grounds in your engine bay at the very least. It's free and it could very well fix many of your electrical problems.

ANYONE GET DONE BEFORE THE RE-TAPE THE WIRES….. AND DIY AROUND HERE I THINK I SHUOLD BYE THE PROBLEM.

Fuse 15 is the key giveaway for the engine harness TSB you are talking about. It definitely could be it.
But you also have a lot of equipment burning up your alternator. The voltage regulator and bridge rectifier circuit is likely been taxed for to long and is on it's last legs.
I have attached the TSB below for the wire harness issue and I have attached the FSM pages for the alternator tests.

forgot to tell i took the car to advance autoparts they check the battery and the alternator... keep the car at 3 RPM FOR 10 seconds 2 TIMES
all good got the ticket some where i look it up ...... he said maybe its some ground or bad installation of the sound system,,,, back to that point i ask to the previous owner and he said was professional install maybe maybe not ..........
im still thinking its the alternator ....or the wires behind the intake ..... going to take the car with a car shop to see whats going on
Im having trouble undertanding the issue but i did see the supercharger noise reference.
its important to understand if this is happening through door speakers or amplified speaker. If theres subs or amplified interior speakers?
Ive seen both a plethora of times come into my shop. from stereo its 100% feedback on either ground to stereo or antenna because that is also grounded. this will def sound like a supercharger. the SOP for this issue is to work backwards from stereo to battery metering how much noise your picking up till source is found.
even with alternator noise on the system you shouldn't hear it through stereo. what stereo is installed? Boss Dual and Power acoustik have all done this to my customers hence the reason we dont sell it. they skimp on noise reduction. basically ive fixed this noise issue 50+ times by finding the ground issue normally by radio or because of crappy equipment or cheap RCA's leading to amps also make sure any RCA's run far away from power lines as possible. alot of "professional Installers" run both back same side.
And if i had a nickle for every time I've fixed best buys "Professional installers" work id be a millionaire. Dont bank on someone saying it was done right!

thank you for your comment, i know what you try to said about the noise for sure its not the speakers I’m 100% its out side coming from some where of the engine..... i will take some pictures of the installation.... and you will give me your opinion
