arghh as most of u know i was installing my amp todae...and i was finishing up and all i had to do was hook up the power antenna wire /remote wire..and i accidntly tapped it on my HU! i thought i popped the fuse on the HU but i checked it and it was fine i even replaced it with a new one...so i look under the dash and checked #23 15A stereo/ciggarete lighter fuse...and it was fine...i then replaced it agen...still nothing...now my last idea was to check if i blew the HU....so i replaced it and noppeee...wasnt the HU....SO WHAT COULD BE WRONG!??!?!

did you disconnect the battery when installing your stuff? anyway try checking the fuse for the head unit harness, the fuse under the dash for the radio and the fuse under the hood (near the battery) for the radio/clock...

 

power ant. - check under your hood...
theres a 5 fuse on the top left i believe.
that is your dome lights and everything.
i blew that one out a while back and my
ant went out as well.

 

yah it turned out to be a 7.5 fuse. the back up fuse under the hood..thanks guys!

Next time disconnect the battery before you do any electric work. It can save you alot of fuses next time around.
