I have a built d16a6 block I'm trying to sell.

board over .30
blocked notch
crank polished and balanced to 10,000rpm
golden eagle block guard
Eagle Rods
Low compression pistons

no need for this thing anymore!

thats the best body kit that they make for the crx
they look sick with them on
even more when you mold the peaces together so they dont look like they even come off

this is a very old picture
of A crx back in 2006 that i really liked with a mugen kit

Would need to see up closer, but that looks like a Wings West kit which was modeled closely after the Mugen kit.

I think you need to make a choice early, and not waste any money on trying to build the D16A6 to be "fast" N/A if you really think you'll go boosted eventually.

Example?

You mentioned "P29" pistons in a post as part of a question. I owned a D16A6 that I personally built with P29 pistons, 96 EX metal head gasket, and it was a lofty 11:1CR - NOT something you want to boost on with stocked cast pistons. I'd drive it stock until you can afford to freshen up a spare D16A6 block, and boost it. You will never see streetable, "affordable" 220whp on a D16A6 without boost. I'm not the turbo expert, but if you took a D16A6 and rebuilt it to stock spec (new rings, hone, bearings, valve stem seals) you could hit 220whp on a mild boost set-up using a basic turbo kit/set-up if it's TUNED properly. You could go forged pistons for added security, but it's not an absolute if you have good tuning/management.
