Default D16z6 D16y7 mini me question

I'm doing a mini me swap in my 95 civic ex 5 speed, and I have a few questions I couldn't quite find answers for.

Back story: The original engine (d16z6) was on it's last leg, so I had decided to pull the engine and rebuild it. Amongst doing so I've found out that it needs more work than previously thought. The bearings were all but obliterated and the crank is iffy at best. It needs some machining done, and I'd like to turbo the engine in the near future so I want to be as good as it can be. Nonetheless some things came up and I now need my car running ASAP. So I bought a D16y7 from an automatic sedan and I'm going to do the mini me swap temporarily until I can get the z6 block finished.

Nitty gritty: If you read the last paragraph you'll know I have a d16y7 block I want to put my z6 head on. I've read through the FAQ's and found a lot of info on mini-me swaps in general, but none for this particular combo. As I have both complete engines I want to use as many parts that I have as possible. My main two questions concern timing and the IM.
1. From what I understand, the z6 IM flows better than the Y7's. If I use my Z6 IM will I need to use the y7 TB and gasket, the z6 TB with y7 gasket, or vice versa? If I researched correctly I should use the z6 IM gasket, correct? The sources of my information are from quick google search that brought me to multiple forum pages, though they were putting a z6 IM on a y7 and I assume they had the stock head.

I bought a full gasket set and timing belt for my z6, among other things, I'd like to use as many of those pieces as possible. I assume I would need all the z6 gasket for the head portion.

2. As far as timing I read somewhere that putting a z6 head an a6 block had a 4 degrees difference in timing or something in those regards. Should I be cautious for this during my install?

Any other pointers/advise would be greatly appreciated. The main factor I'm working against is time, I'm not too worried about the expense of necessary parts, though keep in mind it's a temporary setup.
