Icon5 S2000 clutch acting funny

Okay so a few days ago I was out driving my 2001 s2000, which I just replaced the engine with a 03 f20c with fewer miles. Put a brand new oem clutch in as well. But as I was driving the clutch pedal got stiffer and started to kind of stick down. It always comes back up, but it hesitates a little. I figured it would be the master or slave cylinder so I replaced both. But of course it's till doing it. I went out driving tonight and decided to do a hole shot. As soon as I did the clutch started working fine for about 2 minutes then went back to being hard and hesitating. Doesn't slip and shifts easily as well. (Yes I bled the clutch extremely well) Thoughts?

Try putting Urea grease on the contact points of the clutch fork and bearing. Also where the fork pivots. I believe there is an old bulletin for this problem. Had the same problem with an 01 a while back and it fixed the problem.
