can 5th gear synchros be fixed without taking tranny out
I have a 1992 honda accord ex 5 speed. Am wondering can 5th gear synchros be replaced without taking tranny out from car. Am also wondering is it an easy job.

No, you gotta pull the tranny. You'd prolly want to replace the entire set which happens to sit at the top, but if it were me I'd replace all synchros and synchro springs as well.
