Default ecu votage output

Okay so an 02 RSX Type S with 200,000 miles on it car is completely stock recently purchased it last fall had an 02code fix that put a new clutch in it third gear set in the transmission other odds and ends while I had the transmission out. starter knock sensor xcetera, Sooo now I have a knock sensor code, check the wiring, got a new sensor, did not fix. found getting no voltage from the ECU went back to the ECU pin 9 no voltage I was thinking it was supposed to be around 5 volts maybe wrong about that do not have a manual. I guess simply I may need a new ECU that's one question the other is is it worth getting one off eBay for $300 and a key set and going to the Acura dealer and Have them installed or just buying the $675 unit from the Acura dealer and have them install it . tried to contact Hondadata but they have no person I can talk to only through emails apparently in any of the Hondadata local dealers are basically just parts dealers so I'm not sure I'm going to get the tech info I need there. Would like to keep this car stock because I'm running in the stock class of autocross this summer don't want to go into prepared class yet. Probably much I'm overlooking in this dilemma any help would be nice thanks. sad Mike.

If you want to ever tune your car, go with Hondata.

If not, replace your stock ecu with stock.
