Default Timing Chain Cover

I'm trying to take the head off of a 2003 CR-V. I've got everything off and the head is loose. However, I can't get the timing chain cover off and its preventing me from removing the head. I'm 99% sure I've taken out all of the bolts and I have the Cam pulley off. When watching a video on youtube the guy's cover was just loose and wobbling around after he took everything off. Can the seal be holding it on that strong? I need suggestions please. I've pulled on it some and and tried to pry some. I'm scared I'll break it or crack it if I use too much force. Thanks!
