wire identification. OBD2B blue dead end plug

hello guys,
can anyone tell me where this wire leads too? the connector is a OBD2B blue dead end plug under the intake manifold,
i assume its O2 sensor related, am i correct?

Those plugs are power and ground distribution, not a "dead end." What color is the wire where it comes out the other side?

thanks i know that, but usualy thats what pepole call them,
wire color is green/black,

Green/Black are shared control grounds. It could go to the ECT, IAT, TPS or O2 sensors. You will have to check continuity between the various plugs to detect which specific device it leads to.
