Default I need help finding rear quarter panels (92 Integra)

I just picked up a 1992 Integra a few weeks ago, I knew it needed a gas tank for the safety inspection "#canadathings" and they ended up calling a broken front bumper signal which I bought a used OEM one off eBay for $16, but they also called the rust starting on the rear quarters right in front of the rear tires, and the bumper sagging because theres rust around the clip starting so the bumper keeps popping out.

I didn't think they were going to call the rust and I surely didn't think this was going to be so hard to find but I've been looking for replacement panels for weeks now, I work at the Acura dealer here and we can't even get them in, I can't find any online, not even aftermarket or anything. Does anyone know where I can buy the rear quarters? Or someone who lives in a warmer climate where they don't salt the roads who would be willing to go find some at a scrap yard and have them sent to me? I don't need the entire quarter, just the second before and after the rear wheels so they wouldn't need a huge box to send them.

This car is otherwise flawless, one owner, little old lady who bought it brand new in 1992 from our dealer and had it undercoated every year and serviced every 5000km, but I guess the place she got it undercoated missed the rear wheel wells so the only rust on it is where they missed.
The gas tank was leaking from a seam because of a dent that bend the seam, but I was able to put in a brand new tank and new straps, even the old straps were still good but the tank came with new ones so I tossed them on anyway. Not a single clip or bolt broke in the process, this is hands down the best car I've ever owned. 120,000km, all original, brand new OEM rotors and pads dealer replaced, OEM front struts and springs were just recently changed, as well as an OEM cat back being replaced under a long term corrosion warranty the lady added when she bought it brand new.

Anyway, if anyone can point me in the right direction for this, it would be greatly appreciated, or if someone wants to go the extra mile and make a few bucks, let me know what you can find at scrap yards around you, post some pics of what you can find and I'll pay for them as long as it's reasonable.

You can see the area's I need in this side profile shot. basically from the trim down on both sides, and the section below the tail lights.

(I know this isn't the right section but it won't let me post in the "want to buy" section because I'm new here)

Those are non serviceable body parts. You will have to cut up a donor vehicle from scrap, cut up your car, weld in new panels, have car repainted. Canada sucks, a little rust and you fail inspection? WTF? I thought cali was bad.

Here's some brand new quarter panels in Ontario: ON: BNIB OEM Honda Rear Quarter Panels - Generation 2 Integra Club Forum
The price is steep, but they're brand new discontinued parts.
Good luck!

Is this their way of getting old, polluting vehicles off the road? Seems unfair even to us who deal with CARB.

I would buy a can of bondo, some spray paint and call it a day. If it's really bad, I'd ask a local welder to cut, mold and weld some sheet metal. If I wanted to car restored to like new, I'd contact a body shop.

"I know this isn't the right section but it won't let me post in the "want to buy" section because I'm new here" - So you know the rules, but you chose to break them anyway...? You get a free pass since this was slightly technical
