I bought mine w/o the bar and now I just bought one locally but when I looked under the car ...the reserved mounting points no where to be seen ? Are they hidden somewhere under the black panel board ? Can someone shed some light on it ? I am talking about the running boards / Nerf Bar .
People on ebay want like $350 minimum for JUST the rear bar! Most of the time you can't even find a bar on ebay. There's currently like 4 side+ rear sets and 3 rear only and a few side only. Pricey as hell though.
easiest way to figure it out is to take out the fasteners that hold the bottom moldings to located the threaded holes. What I did was use a large drill bit where the holes are located. I then screwed on the bars. done
yeah thats a bit high. if one can't wait go for it. could be a snooooooooze you loooooose.
Hell no I'm not paying that LOL. I waited like 8 months for a set of side ones and ended up getting those AND an OEM rear cargo cover for $150. I'll wait to find a rear bar for $150 or less shipped.

NICE. That's about what I figure I paid for mine too. The cargo cover or the bars individually sell for more than I paid for both so I definitely got a screaming local deal.

I'm at work but I ran out to shoot a quick one. I pulled back the edge to find the first set of holes then had a buddy hold the bar up to them to locate the other sets. Then took a dremel and cut out the slot. You can't tell there's a cut unless you're under the car and it allows the bars to be snug against the body without the side skirt in between.
I did it 👍 Hopefully this will help for the next newbie like me .....Anyways , here are the few photos that taken during the installation and I did paint the trimmer on the bar too ... love the results .
