Default Turn signals won't work after radio swap

Hey guys, I recently installed a new radio in my accord. Unfortunately, the turn signals won't work, but the hazards do. I've taken out the stock radio once, but put it back in because I needed a wiring harness. They worked when I put the stock one back in. Now the the new radio is installed, the signals won't work, but the hazards do. I figured it might have to do with security, so I hooked up the stock one to test. Now they don't work at all. Fuzes are fine, wiring is good. Any ideas?

It would help to know what year/trim/engine size Accord you are working on

Believe it or not, some year models between 90 and 02 (the section this is in) are a little different.
