First, I'm sure this has been discussed before but I tried using the search feature and can't find what I'm looking for. Sorry for being a noob.

Long story short, I need to know if the internal parts of a 91 accord coupe are interchangeable with a 91 Accord sedan - both being 5-speed. Obviously most of the body is a big nope but what about engine, head gasket, brakes, radiator, etc?
