04 TSX foglights not working anymore. New fuse, bulbs etc.

04 TSX foglights not working anymore. New fuse, bulbs etc.
They worked back in the summer, along the way they stopped. I bought a new bulb, tried it in both plugs nothing. Fuse is good and car has never been winter driven so the plugs them selves seem fine. is there a 2nd fuse in the cabbin? relay? can I take a relay from somewhere else to test this one?.
