P1298 eld code 1,2,3,4 misfire, random misfire

P1298 eld code 1,2,3,4 misfire, random misfire
had a f2.3 swapped into my 96 accord, an now I have a cel for the eld high voltage and 1,2,3,4 misfire. Also says random Misfire. And I'm not sure why but my vtec isn't engaging it just gets stuck at 4,5 rpms. I'm thinking maybe my ecu isn't vtec. How would I know?? Other then that Car runs fine just no vtec an cel on.

If the car is in limp mode, and with misfire codes it probably is, VTEC will most likely not engage.
Fix the codes and you can have your VTEC back. The car is not running fine if it has 6 codes and a CEL on.
