Hey Folks. First time posting so appreciatte the feedback. My 08 Odyssey, 150k miles, started having random electrical issues this morning. The alarm started going off and I couldn't disarm with the key fob. Then the auto doors wouldn't open. It started on the second try right away, but the blinkers won't work (hazards do), the wipers only work on high. All other electrical components, radio, heat/ac seem and lights. When I turn it off, the running lights stay on, and it sounds like a switch or solenoid is cycling about 4-5 times under the main VTEC intake manifold cover. The running lights dim and brighten when this cycles. Had the battery and alternator checked out, both are good.

I've attached a video of whatever is cycling under the intake. If I am using the wrong terms for the parts I appreciate any clarification, not a mechanic just trying to fix the family vehicle.
