I have a 2007 Honda cr-v. When I turn either way both turn signal lights come on. They do not flash fast and shut off when I turn. I changed the bulbs. Checked fuses and they were okay.

 

When the hazard lights are turned on, does the signal lights blink?

The flasher circuit is part of the Multiplex Integrated Control Unit (MICU), which is part of the under-dash fuse box on your model year..

 

No. Only the emergency lights come on.

 

So, the emergency lights only come on; but, do not blink? Correct?

 

The emergency lights come on and they also blink. They work just like they are suppose too.

 

Since the hazard lights (emergency lights) blink and work like they suppose to, the turn signal issue may be due to the combination light switch/turn signal that is located on the steering column, or there is a wiring issue from there.

The turn signal/hazard flasher are part of the same component in the under-dash fuse/relay box; so, that is probably okay.
