Take a peak into your wheel well and see what is broken.

lower ball joint- get a large prybar/screwdriver, stick it between lca and knuckle. Try to seperate them. They should not seperate, if they do, the ball joint is bad.

tie rods/radius rods- grab hard and yank. There should be no play.
Wheel bearing- wheel bolted on and off the ground, grab at opposite ends and yank. There shouldn't be any irregular noise
axles-click when turning=bad
struts/shocks- typically popping noises=bad

 

Very easy fix, just get new upper control arms. I'll attach a link of some OEM replacement ones that I am currently running and have been great to me. New arms come with 2 new bushings and the main ball joint (where yours snapped off).
