I have a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid sedan with 137.xxx miles on it. and few days ago it started to flash a green key on the dash board, I replaced the Immobilizer module, but still same issue.
Does any know what to do, or what would be the best option.

Replacing the key, immobilizer module or the ECU requires that the three items must be married together. This must be done by the dealership or a specialized locksmith.

 

The car is disable completely so I though that reprogramming master key with a PGM tester may do the trick?

 

Yes. You can call around to local locksmiths. They should have Honda HDS and can come to your car and reprogram all the keys to your immobilizer.

looks like locksmiths did not work. the only option is the Honda dealer. thanks everyone for the comments.
