Default 2005 EP3 Civic Si Stock NE Florida

Asking $5k.
Car is in Saint Augustine and Jacksonville Florida
2005 Honda Civic Si EP3

VIN: SHHEP33605U500380
Completely stock EP3 Honda Civic Si with 141,000 miles for sale. This 2005 model has the SRS side-impact airbag option. It has a clear carfax showing three owners (including me) and was originally bought in Orlando before moving to Daytona area. I bought the car 3 years ago when it only had ~70k miles.

It's been a reliable commuter on my +100 mile/day drive. It's been efficient (avg. 29 MPG), reliable, and is fun to drive. The car has been owned by mature adults and driven responsibly. It's been a great car, but is really just to small to use as a family vehicle. I'm trying to be 100% upfront with description below.

Exterior:
Paint has a great shine and most people are surprised to hear it's a 2005.
One small golf ball sized ding on the driver's side fender. The prior owner told me a bear knocked over his trashcan (in Daytona)?!?
One small scuff on the plastic side-skirt (2 inches)
Windows are tinted, the rear hatch window has started to bubble. I can remove the tint if you'd prefer.

Interior:
Seats and carpets are in excellent shape. No tears, holes, or stains.
I added Blitz AUX stereo jack to the OEM stereo.
Steering wheel has some minor leather peeling, it's not too noticeable.
Brand new OEM shift **** (not installed). I'm currently using a shorter shift ****, which is slightly worn. Shift action is very precise and direct. I think it's had a short-shift kit installed...but I'm not certain.

Mechanical:
Complete mechanical inspection performed by Avenues Honda in October.
New AC compressor, receiver/dryer, expansion valve, system evac & refil - October
Coolant flush - October
New front tires - 4 months ago
New front brake rotors and pads - 6 months ago. Rear pads have some life left, but I will include new rotors and pads.
New idler pulley - 18 months ago
New Clutch - 18 months ago
New O2 sensor - 18 months ago
Newish shocks. The car has adjustable camber links in the rear, so it was lowered at some point prior to my ownership.

Compression check was performed 18 months ago, with good results. This was after I had a spark plug break. The head was removed, everything was inspected and put back together with a new head gasket.
Last month the dealership said the valves are noisy and should be adjusted...I don't think they're noisy at all. They said the same thing last time I had my Odyssey at the dealership for some recall work.
The car does burn about a quart of oil every 3k to 4k miles

Needs:
Needs catalytic converter (according to CEL codes). The check engine light still comes on/off intermittently...but is now mostly on. There's also a slight rattle when accelerating at low RPMs. I've been told it's loose metal in the catalytic converter. You only hear it when the car is cold, so I believe that's the issue.
Cruise control works sporadically.
The driver's side window regulator just failed. The window is currently up, and I plan to replace the regulator prior to sale. [UPDATE: Replaced w OEM regulator]
Radiator fan isn't currently turning on. [UPDATE: Replaced radiator fan motor...now working fine]

I also have a complete Yakima roof rack with stretch kit that I'm willing to sell as a package or just sell you the fit-kit (if you already have a Yakima setup).

If you're interested, send me a PM and we can talk. I've just started getting serious about selling the car. Flexibility on pricing will be determined by what kind of response I get, and how many of the needs I address before I sell it. I'm hoping to have access to my garage again soon (Hurricane Matthew damage) so I can correct all the little nagging issues.

Update: Replaced the radiator cooling fan and window regulator (OEM). Unfortunately, AC compressor doesn't seem to be engaging. The whole system was just replaced, evacuated and recharged, so I'm a little frustrated. I'm open to offers as-is until I can get it diagnosed & repaired.

I'm much more serious about selling the car now...open to serious offers.

AC is finally fixed and blowing ice cold. Turns out there was a crack in one of the wiring harnesses. My local dealer (Honda of the Avenues) replaced the harness...shocked they only charged me for two hours of labor.

CEL is still showing an error code indicating a new catalytic converter is needed. Bosal direct-fit replacements are available for $180 on amazon and my local midas said they could replace it with a universal cat for $200. They also laughed at the idea of replacing a cat on a car that runs good and has close to 150k miles on it. I can replace it prior to sale, or just knock off a few hundred bucks and leave it to the buyer's decision.

Nice car! Good luck with your sale. My wife has a white 05 EP3.

Anyway, I just stumbled upon this post and had to point something out-- I'm from/currently live in Maryland and am planning to move to St. Aug. I noticed your crab sticker.
