I got a crx that has a power to fuel pump issue. I am trying to diagnosis this harness to make sure. I have 2 Main relays that I have checked and are good using this thread to help diagnosis them https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-...-pics-2535047/
When I get the the 5th step, 5. Attach the positive probe of the voltmeter to the BLACK/YELLOW wire (pin 5) and the negative probe to the BLACK wire (pin 2). I am not getting battery voltage, only 7.5 volts.. I also noticed that there are 2 BLACK/YELLOW wires coming off that connector. I know 1 goes to the ignition, where does the other go? Curious if being split like that is causing the volts to cut in half. It's hard to trace back into the harness because it goes into a bundle of wires and not sure where that other Black/yellow wire goes. Wire diagram isn't very helpful, just says it goes to junction block
I did jump the fuel pump, I hear a clicking noise from inside the tank, but not a 3 sec hum like I used to.
Checked my ignition cylinder too.. It is checking out fine.
I do not. Running a Zdyne standalone.. it very well could be at the end of its life. Is that where the other black/yellow wire is going? I see 1 wire runs through a jumper connector, (where is that located?), so does 1 wire bypass that and go straight to the ECU or another valve solenoid?
